Key areas of responsibility: Responsible for purchasing marketing related services (mainly include: Event/PR; Media; Advertising; Printing; Training; Film/video) by conducting the contract and strategy for key suppliers and commodities at the most competitive price compatible with the required quality, on time delivery and technical requirement. Follow Novo Nordisk China purchasing process implement purchasing order. Main Tasks: Process the procurement transactions independently and continuously, implement the supplier evaluation (technical, economical and quality performance) for processed orders. Guarantee procurements are handled in a responsive and responsible manner. Price and contract negotiations with suppliers to secure quotations, pricing, payment terms, lead time, capacity, delivery terms, logistics performance and quality from a Total-cost-of-Ownership. Achieve desirable price and reasonable cost saving target. Follow up on supplier performance tracking; Convince the suppliers to make improvements. Support sourcing buyer to new supplier source, and evaluate the capabilities of the existing suppliers for new tasks. Cooperate and communicate with the related departments and suppliers to ensure the business activities. Work with the team to build a shared purchasing information platform to improve effective business analysis. Give timely report to manager to show work efficiency and provide improvement plan. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years working experience in the purchasing or related field, better in marketing related service (mainly include: Event/PR; Media, advertising, printing, training, film/video). Multinational Pharmaceutical company working experience is advantage. Bachelor degree or above in economy or marketing related. Statistics and analysis skill, generate reports; Ability to perform complex tasks; Fluent English in both oral and writing; Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work effectively. Skill in the use of computers, preferably in Windows-based operation environment.
