Responsibilities工作职责:


1 Participate in elaborating marketing&sales strategy for PCA sector aiming at further and rapid development of BV business 参与产品符合性检验市场分析和销售策略制定,以进一步开发业务

2 Develop detailed Action Plan for each key PCA products,including ASME,CE marking(PED/TPED,Machinery,Lift,ATEX,EMC.LVD,etc.),IBR,Product Certification,etc.制定每个PCA产品的销售计划,包括ASME,CE认证(PED/TPED,机械,电梯,ATEX,EMC,LVD等),IBR,产品认证等

3 Identify target market segment,target clients and maintain clients base 识别目标市场和目标客户,建立并维护客户数据库

4 Put in place and keep high efficiency of a“mass”market and sales system by exploring all sales channels 开发各种渠道,建立“大众”市场和销售系统

5 Visit clients on regular basis 定期拜访客户

6 Develop technical and commercial proposal,and registration in BV’s Commercial activities management tool 制作技术和商务报价,并在公司相关管理软件中登记

7 Negotiate contract conditions 商务谈判

8 Work in close cooperation with Operation Manager to ensure PCA contract execution 和运营经理密切配合,保证合同顺利执行

9 Maintain the relation with clients and measure the clients satisfaction with clients feedback about the quality of our services 维护客户关系,收集客户对公司服务的反馈,测评客户满意度

10 Report commercial activities and KPI on monthly basis 每月汇报销售活动及其KPI

Requirements任职要求:


1 High technical education in Chemical mechanics,General machinery,etc.preferred Dual education for technical and commercial or management 化工机械或一般机械背景,懂得商务管理优先

2 work experience in PCA or manufacturing,at least 5 years 5年以上产品符合性检验相关工作或制造经验

3 Good skills in marketing and sales 良好的市场开拓和销售技巧

4 Good knowledge about PCA related codes&standards,regulations,as well as accreditation/qualification schemes 了解产品符合性检验,鉴定相关的法规和标准

5 Capability to develop new products 有能力开发新产品

6 Team-spirited,good skill in communication,negotiation 良好的团队意识,沟通和谈判技巧

7 Good command of English(fluent)英语流利
