职位描述:
Responsibilities
1. Sourcing of finished goods（faucet）for Roca Group（overseas market）。
为集团海外市场开发五金龙头成品供应商
2. Look for potential suppliers that can meet ROCA Group‘s requirements.
搜索潜在的符合乐家集团要求的供应商
3. Identify potential suppliers，conduct supplier visits and audits，support supplier selection according to established procedures.
按照公司流程识别，访问，审核及筛选可能的供应商
4. Work closely with Product Development，Marketing，Engineering and Supplier chain team for early product development for sourcing activity.
与产品研发，市场，产品工程及供应链管理团队协作，为产品开发引进合格供应商
5. Project management，implementation，tracking and reporting，in order to support new product development activities and product transition，sampling，prototype，tooling etc.
新产品开发、产线转移、产品取样、制版模具等产品项目的管理、执行、跟踪及汇报
6. Prepare RFQ and collect preliminary quotes from multiple suppliers.
准备与收集相应供应商的产品询价单
7. Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure the good partnership with the suppliers.
维护与发展与供应商的商务合作伙伴关系
8. Develop and update supplier database for current and potential suppliers.
收集与更新现有供应商及潜在供应商数据
9. Collect new products/ideas from existing supplier periodically to support business growth.
定期收集供应商新产品及信息
10. Travel to Office Products locations，suppliers，and other locations as needed.
定期出差访问供应商生产及商务基地
应聘要求 Requirement
1. Academy education in a related field，Material，Engineering background is plus.
大专或以上学历，材料，产品工程等相关专业为佳
2.3＋years’sourcing/procurement，Engineering or supplier quality functional related working experience，in sanitary ware-faucet industry is preferred.
三年以上采购/外发/供应商引进管理工作经验，卫浴行业尤其负责五金龙头产品工作背景为佳
3. Broad faucet product and process knowledge.
熟悉龙头产品及生产制程
4. Familiar with faucet manufacture process，product development，testing and application.
熟悉龙头产品研发，检测标准
5. Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin，able to read technique and engineering specification in English.
英文良好，熟悉卫浴行业英文术语
6. Familiar with AutoCAD design tool，proficient with Excel，PowerPoint software，Microsoft project and Lotus Notes as preferred.
熟悉制图软件，及办公软件
7. Self driving and results Oriented. Teamwork spirit.
