Build，train and manage purchasing team Ensure on-time material delivery，reduce delivery time Reduce cost，improve payment terms while maintaining or improving quality Control inventory to improve turns Quickly source material for new products ensuring quality and price Increase supplier selection，respond to supplier quality changes岗位要求：三年以上采购经验，有电子件、塑料件、金属件采购经验者优先两年以上采购管理经验较强的谈判及沟通能力大学本科学历，理科优先优秀的英语读、写、沟通能力职位描述：培训、管理采购团队确保材料及时到货，缩短采购时间在确保质量的前提下，降低价格控制库存，提高原材料周转在保证质量的前提下，缩短新产品所需物料的采购时间扩大对供应商的选择范围，提高供应商品质
