职位描述:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote Service support capabilities, expertise to customers.
- Promote and sell customer maintenance support contracts and provide effective system support proposals to customers.
- Promote Services registration and renewal rate.
- Develop strategies and programs both on a longer-term and on an annual basis to grow the installed base business via solution selling and value-add services.
- Manage customer support service expectation and when needed work with both internal and external team to develop "customize" service offerings to address customer requirement.
- Achieve/exceed bookings, sales and profitability targets set for services.
- To review installed base programs from Emerson AP/US and adept them for promotion and implementation in China.
- Work with the Sales and Service Operation team to identify gaps in supporting the installed base and develop actions to close those gaps.
- Update and manage contract proposals and renewals
- Complete annual sales target

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
Sales/Marketing background with 3-5 years' experience in the process control industry.
Degree in Automation, Engineering or IT with good business sense.
Experience in Service sales will be a plus.
Good analytical, creative and problem resolution skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially influencing and presentation skills.
Able to articulate services offerings and its differentiation.
To develop creative solution to growing service business.
For extensive communications and presentations with customers.
Position has a high degree of dynamic short-term demands as well as longer term objectives to meet.
Good command of written & spoken English.
