PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES：
The role will：
Sourcing activities Price negotiation Implement cost reduction plan and continuous benchmarking for commodities；Benchmarking cross all Flex sites；
Proactively seek out，assess and deliver cost and lead-time reduction opportunities Support to any cost reduction activities. Conduct Audit for both existing and potential suppliers for continuous improvements and increase competitiveness Monitor and manage suppliers and establish partnership relationship to buyer
REQUIREMENTS：
University and above degree in Mechanical and Electric Engineering
Over 3 years sourcing and cost analysis experience in multinational company
Has the experience in indirect material purchasing is prior
Good English skill Good commands of Microsoft Office 2000，etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
