1.The　main　missions　of　the　role　are：apply　company　purchasing　policy/contracts　and　negotiate　specific　local　requirementsbe　involved　in　the　project　team　to　release　the　supplier　to　start　the　productionmonitor　relevant　suppliers　and　parts　information　and　ensure　proper　ordering，invoicing＆cost　controlimport　and　export　regulatory　compliance　and　documentation，Foreign　Exchange　Offsetmaintains　on　going　communications　with　suppliers　to　monitor　their　schedules/forcasts，identifies　and　reports　potential　problems，issues　or　concerns　that　may　affect　the　facility　production　schedules　co-ordinates　and　resolves　problems，issues　or　concerns　that　affect　MP＆L，scheduling，etc.improve　the　service，efficiency，cost　and　effectiveness　of　our　international　supply　chain　processhandle　payment　issue　resolving　with　vendorssupply　cost　control　and　reduction（materials，components）Sourcing　the　vendors　based　on　project/sales　function　requirement　and　provides　quotation.Handbook　management　for　bonded　materialother　duties　with　customers　and　suppliers　assigned　during　project　development　and　production
2.Basic　requirement：University　of　logistic，sourcing　or　commercial　or　engineering　backgroundMore　than　three　years　in　foreign　invested　manufacturing　Co.Preferably　mould　injection　or　automotive　industry3.Special　knowledge　and　skill：Familiar　with　SAP/ERP　system　but　preferably　SAPFamiliar　with　import　and　export　practiseRich　purchase　knowledge，skills　and　experience.。Good　communication　and　negotiation　skillGood　command　of　computer　and　familiar　with　data　analysisGood　English　oral　speaking　and　writing
