Job　Scope：工作范围：
-Search，evaluate　and　screen　potential　suppliers.
寻找并初步评估和过滤潜在供应商，询价、报价，寻找合适供应商
-Issue　purchase　order　to　suppliers　according　to　the　specifications　and/or　drawings，make　sure　the　suppliers　completely　understand　and　accept　our　requirements.
按特定要求和规范下定单给供应商，并确保我们的全部要求被理解和接受。
-Follow　up　PO　fulfillment　and　report　progresses　timely.
跟踪定单执行情况并及时汇报进展。
-cooperate　closely　with　sales，engineering，production　and　warehouse　to　continuously　improve　the　product　quality，reduce　price　and　remain　our　stock　at　a　safe　and　lowest　level.
与公司销售、工程、生产，仓库等各部门有效良好沟通，通力合作，持续提高产品质量，降低价格，同时保持最低水平的安全库存。
-Visit　and　audit　supplier　as　required
根据需要考察供应商。
Requirement：要求：
1）Honest　and　Diligent
诚实，勤奋
2）Must　with　college　degree　in　Mechanical/Material　above　or　related　engineering　major
必须是机械制造，材料或类似的工程专业，大专以上程度。
3）Preferred　with　2　and　more　years　working　experience　in　mechanical　products　buying　or　technical　service　area
有2年以上机械产品采购或技术支持经验优先。
4）Ability　to　understand　basic　mechanical　drawings　and　specifications.Understand　engineering　BOM　and　database
能读懂基本的机械制图和技术规范。了解工程BOM结构表-以及数据库。
5）Supplier　audit　experience　is　a　plus；
有供应商审核评估经验优先。
6）Quality　orientated　and　analytically　capable
有很好的质量意识，并有能力做相关的分析。
7）Willing　to　take　initiatives　and　responsibilities：
积极主动，负责任。
8）Word　and　Excell　skills　are　needed，prefer　to　be　familiar　with　U8　or　SAP　ERP　software.
会Word，Excell　电脑操作。最好熟悉U8-SAP等ERP软件
9）Good　interpersonal　skills　and　willing　to　work　under　pressure
较好的人际沟通能力并能够接受工作压力。
