职位描述:
1.负责公司产品的销售工作；
2.负责设计院、信息源、业主的开发与维护，与客户建立良好的合作关系；
3.完成公司下达的销售目标任务，提升本公司在本地区的市场占有率。
职位要求：
1、独立的渠道拓展能力及优秀的沟通技巧，主动性强；
2、年龄：23-28岁，形象佳；
3、熟悉深圳写字楼客户及深圳的设计院；
4、有工程销售渠道，深圳，东莞地区工程客户资源的优先。
5、懂粤语，具有写字楼中介、办公装修、办公家具销售经验优先。
6、大专或以上学历，1-2年相关销售经验。

2.develop and maintain the A＆D company，information source，clients，establish good relationship with clients directly
3.reach the sale target and increase the marketing occupation rate at local marketing.
Position requirement：
1.Ability to explore marketing sale channel independently and good communication，Self-motivated2.Age，around 23-28，nice look.3.Knowledge and experience in dealing with the Architecture and Interior Designers will be a plus.4.Experience with project sale and information source in Shenzhen area should be advantage.5.Fluent with Cantonese and experience with the marketing of office leasing，office decoration and office furniture will be advantageJunior college or above，1-2 years sale experience
