Job Description:
1.Responsible for the contacts and communication with internal&external customers,handle customer orders and check stock of parts and components and spare production capacity to meet customer and production needs
2.Eceive,review,register those orders that are in his charge and release order acknowledgements to customers;
3.Break down the customer order into production order and inform in writing all relevant persons,register and update in good time the order intake information sum-up form;
4.Provide accurate feedback to customer inquires,complaints and claims and order revisions and inform the production planner of all the information in good time;
5.Pelease to customers home and abroad the latest factory lead time information;
6.Responsible for control and review of stock of APDU,inform relevant persons of APDU stock situation;
7.Check to be knowledgeable of the stock situation and check production capacity to meet delivery requirement of customer order;
8.Check and supervise on purchase and stock of locally purchased parts;
9.Finished products stock control and delivery of products;
10.Prepare delivery paper work and notify relevant departments and customers;
11.Other work assigned by manager/supervisor;
