职位描述:

Key Performance Indicators:
1. Achieving and exceeding sales targets with the high quality deals (high profit margin and big products volume) in highly Commitment and Creditability;
2. Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review visits;
3. Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets;
4. Gathering market and customer information; Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
5. Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing and changes etc;
6. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with customers;
7. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations; Managing payment terms and receivables;
8. Keeps records and reports on all activities to the manager;
9. Reviewing own sales performance;
10. Feeding future buying trends back to manager.

Essential Traits:
1. College degree above with major in mechanical engineering or business administration relative
2. Knowledge on pneumatic products, understanding of the relative trade and market
3. Year of direct sales experience
4. Understanding the multinational companies working ethics, and have the basic business common sense.
5. A team player who is dynamic and possesses positive working attitude to work well
6. Faster learner, aspirant, proactive, self-confidence, excellent communication, interpersonal, selling skills & negotiation skills, fluent English is prefer.
