岗位职责：
1、编制采购计划，确保审批后的采购任务完成；
2、建立公司采购平台，与国内外相关企业建立良好的业务关系；
3、规范公司采购流程，控制采购成本和质量；
4、协调与公司各部门的关系；
5、跟进原材料采购和供应过程。

职位要求：
1、本科以上学历，医药行业5年以上采购管理工作经验；
2、熟悉招标和采购过程，特别是制药行业的质量标准；
3、良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识；
4、熟悉ERP和金融知识；
5、较强的英文读写能力。

Responsibilities：
1.Responsible for procurement plans and to ensure the completion of procurement task after management approval；
2.Establish procurement platform，keep excellent business relationship with domestic and foreign suppliers；
3.Standardize procurement processes，ensure quality and costs control；
4.Work together with related departments for supplier audit；
5.Follow up the new materials sourcing and supply.
Requirements：
1.Bachelor degree or above，5 years working experience in sourcing and purchasing，in pharmaceutical industry preferred；
2.Familiar with the bidding and procurement processes，especially pharmaceutical industry quality standards；
3.Good communication skills and teamwork；
4.ERP and finance knowledge；
5.Fluent English both in written and oral.
