职位描述:
Report to Sourcing ManagerJob description：
1.Market scan by using IT technology and other information channel，analyze the information and selected potential suppliers.
2.Implement Alfa Laval sourcing strategy，use supplier selection knowledge and skill to audit the potential supplier and select suitable supplier for Alfa Laval.
3.Discuss with supplier in limited engineering level and certain quality level to make supplier better understand Alfa Laval requirement.Follow-up the procedure of new product phase in with Alfa Laval.
4.Help supplier to establish logistic system，set up the target for on time delivery and follow-up，and help SQA to improve supplier delivery quality and process.Timely solve the exceptional delivery issues in daily operation.
5.Responsible for supplier process audit to guarantee it in accordance with SOP.
6.Collect the supply parts defects in the company and make the statistic.Follow the corrective action in supplier side and help the supplier to make the continuous improvement.
7.Develop supplier management skill to set up and keep the strategic partnership with supplier to support Alfa Laval product and company development.
8.Organize supplier evaluation in certain period together with Quality and Engineering.
9.By using advanced negotiation skill to get optimal price，at the same time get better delivery and quality.
10.By using certain economic and legal knowledge to sign the favorable supply contract and follow-up.
11.Set up and maintenance the supplier information.
12.Set up and maintenance the information of supplier in ERP/E-Purchase system.
13.With global sourcing project，by using the supplier selection and management skill to support to select the suitable supplier for head quarter establishes logistic system，help to audit and follow supplier quality.Good communication with the global purchase to build competitive global supply chain.
14.By giving innovative and constructive suggestion to support department development and business improvement.
Job Requirement
1.University education above，mechanical background，with 3 years working experience within manufacturing environment
2.Have sourcing experience，good negotiation skill and will certain economic and legal knowledge
3.Good English and computer skills
4.Mechanical background design theory and practice
