　　1982年Stefan先生在瑞典成立了第一家hasta公司，从只有一个生产车间、简单的手工工具起步，从事窗饰用品的生产和经营，经过25年的风雨历程已经成为了一家跨国集团公司，拥有四家子公司。

　　杭州万事达装饰用品有限公司（HDRU　Ltd.  ）是Hasta在中国投资的第一家全资子公司。现拥有固定资产3500万人民币，投资总额达到550万美元。已具备自主开发、生产窗帘及其他室内装饰用品的能力，跻身于国际高端装饰用品行业的前沿。2009年1月在中国建造的综合厂房落成，员工人数200名左右，年产值达5000万人民币。

　　Hasta　is　a　company　that　got　it‘s　start　in　a　small　country　blacksmith　workshop　in　1982.  A　family　interest　in　a　pair　of　antique　curtain　holdbacks　was　the　start　of　a　series　of　innovations　in　the　area　of　curtain　accessories.  What　started　as　a　hobby　quickly　turned　into　a　business　in　January　1991，and　since　then　Hasta　has　successfully　grown　to　a　stable　and　important　player　in　the　business　of　sun　protection　and　curtain　products　on　the　European　market.
